Reliance Comm should be banned to use the term Wireless Broadband

Are you using the Reliance Netconnect+ USB device (the so called wireless broadband device with speed upto 3.1 Mbps) for connecting to the internet? Then you will agree 100 percent with me that RComm should be banned to use the term Broadband.

In a gist, the Indian government's DOT (Department of Telecommunications) considers any data connection providing bandwidth equal to or over 256 Kbps to the customer's premise to qualify as broadband. Globally the minimum bandwidth should be 2Mbps to qualify as Broadband.

But, the maximum speed that you'll get when you use Reliance' so called BB+ device is upto 50 kbps no matter what time of day you login. At times the speed will be tottering at a mere 1 to 5 kbps for which you can do nothing but pray what you are doing will not get lost in transition. If you are doing any online money transfers.. gone.. you should be very fast to compensate for the slow internet speed so as to avoid timed out transactions and money getting deducted from your bank account but not reaching the intented recepient.

Never in your lifetime you'll get to experience what a 3.1 Mbps speed is like if you are using only Reliance BB+. Hence the APT name for the RComm offer should be Reliance Bakwaas Band (BB+).. Comments are welcome!
